Anti-CD3 antibody is used in proliferating T lymphocytes. Among many clones, the clone "OKT3" is most popularly used. PBMCs were stimulated with Anti-CD3 mAb GMP grade, IFN-γ, IL-1α and IL-2 for 5 days. After stimulation, activated lymphocyte were diluted with medium and cultivated for 9 days.
